Recipe
Toast the whole grain bread until crispy.
Mash chickpeas in a bowl and mix with tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the chickpea mixture over one slice of toasted bread.
Add fresh spinach leaves and top with thin slices of red onion.
Cover with the second slice of bread, press gently, and cut in half.
Serve with a cup of herbal tea.
